How it works

From a stack of reports to a health story you understand.

Four steps. You stay in control at each one.

01 · Add

Upload what you already have

Photograph a lab report or drop in a PDF. AVOLA stores the original privately and checks that it belongs to the right person.

  • PDF, JPG or PNG
  • Stored privately
  • If two names are found, you confirm whose report it is

02 · Review

Check what we found

AVOLA suggests the values it read. Confirm, correct or reject each one. Nothing joins your record until you do.

  • Every value shown next to the original
  • Unclear values are flagged, never guessed
  • Correct anything in one tap

03 · Build

Your story grows over time

Every value links to its source and date. Add devices if you like: they're optional, and you choose what's read.

  • Source, date and who confirmed it
  • Missing days shown as missing
  • Apple Health and Health Connect are optional

04 · Notice

IRIS tells you what changed

Once there's enough history, IRIS compares you with yourself and explains what it saw, how sure it is, and a sensible next step. Ask NYLA anything about it.

  • Compared with your own history
  • Evidence and coverage on every finding
  • NYLA answers with citations to your records

Questions

Do I need a wearable?

No. Reports, manual readings and meals are enough to start.

Is IRIS a diagnosis?

No. It describes changes in your own data and suggests when to talk to a clinician.

What if a value is wrong?

Correct it. Anything that relied on it is re-checked automatically.
