Delete your account
You can ask to close your account and delete your data at any time.
How to delete
- Open AVOLA and go to Profile → Preferences & data.
- Choose Delete account and confirm your identity.
- We'll confirm by email when deletion is complete.
What happens to your data
- Your profile, records, measurements and NYLA conversations are deleted.
- Shares you created stop working. Copies someone already downloaded can't be recalled.
- Children's profiles you manage are handled with the other guardian, if there is one.
- Data we must keep by law is retained only for the required period, then deleted.
